Sunny landed in a southern shelter that does an amazing job networking every dog that comes in to avoid euthanasia as much as possible. He had been surrendered by his older owners that could no longer handle the care of a young dog, no matter how much they loved his very sweet personality. Sunny loves walks and does well on a leash. He’s potty trained but has not had much experience with crating yet. He loves playtime with other dogs, and getting in some fetch with the humans is pretty great, too! He had gone through basic training early on but will need a refresher since it hasn’t been used much recently. He loves people and will make a great companion for all the wonderful New England adventures to had with a forever family!

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
