Duckie was found during an awful hurricane down south and brought to safety. One of our amazing rescue friends took in dozens of dogs in need during this time and we can’t thank them enough for their kindness to our favorite creatures. NELR is happy to help move some of the hurricane survivors up north to find loving homes in New England. Duckie is super sweet and loves other dogs and humans of all ages. She’s ready to find her happily ever after in a forever family and enjoy all New England has to offer! More details and photos coming soon…

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
