Chloe flew all the way from Puerto Rico to find her happily ever after (and boy, are her arms tired 😄). She was found as a stray, something common in Puerto Rico, where lack of spaying/neutering for a streak of years has lead to a huge influx of dogs lacking homes, so like many US rescues, we have pledged to help when possible. Thankfully there are many amazing rescue friends over there who took good care of this little sweetie, giving her love and vetting to prep for her big trip to New England! She has been learning a lot and is already doing great with potty & crate training and is decent on leash. She gets along well with dogs and kids, and loves attention and snuggling. Chloe is a lovey-dovey girl and would enjoy a home with humans or other dogs around to spend her time and share lots of affection and happy times with. She loves to play, eat, nap, repeat, like any good little pup. She is young and will need to be spayed when age-appropriate. Continued bonding over training skills with a forever family is a great way to show your little pupper what life in your house is all about, as well as open good communication with your new family member ❤️ 

 

ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS: We strongly advise positive reinforcement training/behavior classes with your new pup. Training is for the benefit of you and your puppy and will help you build a stronger relationship. Puppies do not know what they haven’t been taught and some “puppy proofing” may need to be done in your home. Please remember that little puppies come in little bodies that need potty breaks every few hours.

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
